Neil Peart is one of the few people that I consider an inspiration and this DVD definitely adds to it.
Unlike alot of drummers and their solo's, Neil's are actual compositions and you do not need to be a drummer or a musician for that matter to appreciate the thought process and application behind it.
The DVD is meant to inspire you and not to copy him.
The extras are pretty cool as well, from the arrangement details of his drumset to the soundboard quality of his counterparts tour drum solo.
It seems year after year, tour after tour he just gets better and better. Just when you think he's reached that mountain top, you get this.....enjoy!
