5 out of 5 stars Works Great   May 19, 2010

I got this and have been using it a while , Since no one has said anything about on here I figured I would.
Pretty simple set up.

You shouldn't have any problems with this. My location for my 360 is not close to my gateway however its
surprising how good a connection I get its always full. I once saw it at 3 bars but its always at 4 basically. I am surprised by this because I am not on the same floor my gateway. There is pipes in the way which tend to weaken signals so I am happy with how it runs.

Down side is if your a novice to setups this might be hard but I am sure youtube has people showing guides. It is all easy. If your setting this up for a first time you should leave your 360 off once its all plugged in turn it on it will tell you it detects it. Xbox Dash also had an update for this a while back , So you wont need to install whats on the disk because it installed during the Twitter update.

I would compare it to the first model if I could how ever I only bought this one. I read a lot of reviews back and forth. If your looking for which to buy I would suggest this. By reviews this accepts more routers and gateways. That was one thing that I noticed all the time was people were saying it reads more. If your also a distance away I would suggest this since its got that extra power.

Hope it helps.

3 out of 5 stars Works   January 29, 2010

The wireless adapter works fairly well. I've had a few problems with no longer being detected, for me to have to unplug it and plug it back it for it to work again. Which is tedious. My 360 is brand new, so I don't know if it's the adapter, my console, or what but that's my experience with it so far.

I'd say it's worth it if you can't use a wired connection. It's a shame that the 360, didn't come with wireless built in like the Wii or PS3, but this makes up for it even if it's rather pricey. It fits nicely on the back of the 360 as well.

2 out of 5 stars This Device Barely Works   November 2, 2009

I found that this device gives me the odd problem and it kills the bandwidth I much prefer just hardwiring my XBox if I can.

Si c'est pour vous connecter à XBOX live un câble réseau serait préférable
comme ça vous êtes sûr d'être connecté sans problème. Que se soit avec le câble ou l'adaptateur réseau sans fil . Vous aurez besoin d'un routeur.

5 out of 5 stars Worth the buy?   February 4, 2009

Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter
My most wanted thing with my xbox, but is it worth the money i payed (79$)

well what to start with, i received this product yesterday, and it looked just as new, and just as great as the pictures (slim design, really small, short cord small antenna-all for the sleek cool view.)

Now many of you may be wondering "does it really work as well as it should" or many other things but im here to help, so lets start with the pros. and head to the conns.

PROS (the good stuff)
-well the product had amazing looks, great condition as well.
-setup was easier than i expected, just plug in, let it detect your wireless receiver then it connects by itself, took 2m then it was off to gaming.
-it worked from a good range (it detected my neighbors Internets sooo...haha yea-dont get any ideas) but inside house my conection was green to my router, and it worked well in that way.
-"is it any slower than an actual internet cord?"-the anwser to that, well to me, was no, it seemed to run as fast or better than my internet cord that i had attached before, in general it hasn't crashed once, hasn't done anything funky, and no problems yet detected.
CONS (the bad stuff....)
-well only thing I have noticed that isn't that great about this product...is the price, as it does nearly reach 100 dollars.

GOOD LUCK IN YOUR CHOICE-MAKE IT RIGHT, MAKE IT SIMPLE, MAKE IT WORK.
